Course Details: • Name: Innovation Makers • Date: July 6, 2026 – July 10, 2026 • Time: Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Location: Burlington Classroom • Grades: G4+ • Prerequisite: None This immersive 5-day Innovation Maker Summer Camp empowers students in Grade 4 and above to become creators, designers, and problem-solvers. Students select an Innovation Project and work through a professional engineering design process used by real-world engineers and product teams: Identify → Brainstorm → Research → Design → Make → Present. Throughout the week, students apply both hands-on making and AI-powered research tools to bring ideas from concept to prototype. Camp projects integrate 3D design and 3D printing, laser cutting, AI research, AI agents, physical prototyping, demos, and basic websites to document and present their work. The program emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and clear communication. Maker Themes (examples): Underwater Robotics Exploration AI Learning Agents Marble Run Design Robotic Arm Engineering AI Art & Generative Design Learning Outcomes: What Makes This Camp Unique • Student-driven projects: Learners choose themes and define their own challenges. • Real engineering workflow: Emphasis on iteration, testing, and problem-solving. • Integrated AI + Making: Use AI responsibly for research, ideation, and automation. • Presentation & showcase: Students present prototypes and design decisions at the end of the week. Multi-Week Enrollment Content is not repeated each week.
