Program Description
Course Details: • Name: Vinci AI Robo for Young • Date: September 1, 2026 – November 22, 2026 • Time: Tuesdays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM • Location: Newton Classroom • Grades: G2+ • Prerequisite: None Vinci AI Robo for Young is a hands-on STEM and AI robotics program designed for students in Grades 2 and about. Students learn the fundamentals of electronics, including circuits, sensors, motors, controllers, and power systems, while building and programming intelligent robots using block coding and Python programming. The course also introduces students to robotics operation, smart automation, voice interaction, and AI technologies through engaging project-based activities. Students will additionally explore 3D design and 3D printing by creating custom robot bodies and transforming digital models into real robotic creations. Through the engineering workflow of Design → Print → Build → Code → Test, students develop creativity, computational thinking, engineering skills, and innovation confidence while gaining real-world experience in robotics and AI technologies. Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to: • Understand and apply basic electronics concepts, circuits, sensors, and robotic hardware connections • Build, operate, and program AI robots using block coding and Python programming • Design custom robot structures using 3D modeling software and 3D printing technology • Develop problem-solving, computational thinking, and engineering design skills through hands-on projects • Explore AI technologies such as voice interaction, automation, and smart robotic systems while working collaboratively on innovation projects
