Program Description

Overview: • Event Name: Vinci Birthday Party • Time: Saturday noon • Duration: 2 hours (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM) • Target Audience: Children aged 5-10 • Location: Vinci Burlington or Newton Event Details: • 11:00 - 11:30: Venue Setup by Parents (Optional): Parents may arrive 20 minutes early for setup. Assistance is available upon request. • 11:25 - 11:30: Welcome Activity: Greeting by staff, decoration with balloons and banners. Children receive birthday hats. • 11:45 - 1:00 Activity & Games: Guided programming and assembly by professional coaches. Each child receives a kit to assemble their own robot. A designated area for games will be set up. • 1:00 - 1:30: Cake, and Lunchtime: A designated area for games will be set up. Celebration with cake and beverages. Pizza is served for children and parents. Parents are responsible for providing the cake, food, and beverages. Cost and Booking: • Cost: $500 for up to 15 children, $15 per additional child.Up to 20 children. • Booking: Please book at least three week in advance for the best service. • Setup Fee (Optional): Parents may set up the venue 20 minutes early or pay an additional $100 for assistance. Notes: • All activities are supervised by Vinci staff for safety. • Limited participants for quality and experience. • Let's create joyful memories at Vinci School!
