Course Details: • Name: Custom / Other US & International Competitions & Programs • Date: September 14, 2026 – January 24, 2027 • Time: Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM • Location: Newton Classroom • Grades: G4+ A flexible, personalized program for students preparing for approved U.S. or international competitions, challenges, research programs, and achievement opportunities not covered by VINCI’s dedicated competition courses. Based on the selected program and student goals, instructors develop an individualized preparation plan that may include AI, coding, robotics, engineering, research, data analysis, project development, or presentation. Instruction is customized according to the specific competition or program requirements, timeline, student experience, and project needs. Students may begin with a half-an-hour $50 one-on-one trial session with the instructor. During this session, the student and parent can discuss the competition or program they are interested in, the student’s background and goals, eligibility and requirements, important deadlines, and recommended preparation plan. Parents are encouraged to provide the official competition or program information before or during the trial session. The instructor will review the opportunity and explain how VINCI can support the student’s preparation. After registration, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the one-on-one trial session. The date and time shown on the website are for registration purposes only. Competition / Program Information: Varies by the selected competition or program. Students and parents should provide the official website, rules, requirements, and deadlines for the specific opportunity they wish to pursue. Learning Outcomes: What students learn will vary according to the selected competition or program. Students may develop skills in AI, coding, robotics, engineering, scientific research, data analysis, project design and development, technical documentation, problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation. Students will also learn how to understand competition requirements, establish project goals and milestones, manage a preparation timeline, improve their work through feedback and testing, and clearly communicate their ideas, process, and results.
