Extra Training Time Policy for Competitive Teams Welcome to our online booking platform for extra training sessions. This service is exclusively available for the parents of our competitive team members. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please adhere to the following guidelines: Booking Extra Training Sessions: Eligibility: This service is exclusively available for members of our competitive teams. Scheduling: Parents are encouraged to book extra training sessions through our online platform. Advance Notice: All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. This allows our coaches to adequately prepare and ensures the availability of training facilities. Coach Notification: Upon booking, the respective coach will be notified automatically. However, we encourage direct communication with the coach to discuss specific training needs. Cancellation Policy: Advance Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked training session, please do so at least 1 day in advance. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Coach Notification: Please inform the coach directly in case of a cancellation to adjust their schedules accordingly.
